Package 14 paid days off 3 paid sick days Medical, dental, and vision insurance Short-term and long-term disability coverage 2 days bereavement pay Life insurance Key Responsibilities Assist in Therapy Sessions: Work under the supervision of a Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) to implement treatment plans and assist patients with therapeutic exercises and activities aimed at improving physical, emotional, and developmental well-being.

Patient Assessment: Assist with gathering patient information, documenting progress, and reporting any changes in patient condition to the supervising OTR. Treatment Plan Development: Collaborate with the OTR to develop and modify individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and progress. Patient & Family Education: Instruct patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and activities to be performed at home to support recovery and independence.

Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and facility standards.

Qualifications
