Payroll and Compliance Manager

The Payroll and Compliance Manager is responsible for managing Techno. Serve's payroll function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for US and expatriate staff. This role also oversees the corporate insurance program, incident reporting, and governance tracking. The Payroll and Compliance Manager supports risk management activities, prepares payroll-related data for processing by the accounting team, and collaborates with senior management to develop and implement strategies that support the organization's overall goals.
