ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2010 and is a close-knit team of five. My path in the industry has come full circle

• I first opened an agency in 2003, spent time in leadership for four years, and then returned to agency ownership with a strong foundation of experience. I’m a graduate of the University of Texas and am married to another State Farm agent. We have five children, and as a family we enjoy fishing, hunting, and traveling whenever we have the chance. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
