Ensure procurement files and documentation meet audit, policy, and record-retention requirements, and prepare reports, summaries, and recommendations.

Support the Procurement Manager on complex, high-value, or strategic procurement initiatives. Deliver timely, high-quality procurement services in accordance with Pav. Co policies, government standards, contractual practices, and ethical requirements.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliers. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail and documentation.

Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and diligence in follow-through. Collaborative, customer-focused, and team-friendly approach.
