Position Summary
LADACIN is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our Early Intervention Program in Monmouth County. This part-time position provides occupational therapy services to infants and toddlers with developmental delays and multiple physical disabilities in a home-based setting as part of a collaborative transdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatment services to children from birth through age three
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support developmental goals
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to provide family-centered services
- Complete evaluations, progress notes, and required documentation in a timely manner
- Participate in transdisciplinary team meetings and ongoing professional development
- Support children and families through education, coaching, and community-based intervention
- Maintain compliance with Early Intervention guidelines and agency standards
- Comply with Agency Policies and Procedures and Code of Ethics Required Qualifications
- Current New Jersey Occupational Therapist license required
- Experience working with infants, toddlers, or children with developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a transdisciplinary team
