Associate EDI Integration Solution Consultant
Job description
The Associate EDI Integration Solution Consultant is responsible for the day-to-day operation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of EDI integrations and B2B transactions. This role manages EDI support tickets and inbox requests, monitors transaction queues and acknowledgments, and resolves data discrepancies and processing errors in coordination with application, integration, infrastructure, and business teams.
It also configures and maintains trading partner profiles and mappings, supports onboarding of new trading partners, and maintains EDI documentation and standards.
