• Full time and relief driver positions available 10 month - 6 hours/day OR relief/sub drivers as needed Pay $19.18 - $20.21/hour + benefits $1000 Hiring Bonus if you are a fulltime driver or become one after training - $500.00 in three months and additional $500.00 at one year anniversary. $400 Retention Bonus paid every semester you remain a full time Driver with the District Additional $1000 Bonus paid to drivers coming to PUSD with AZ CDL, incl. passenger/school bus endorsements.

BENEFITS

All Full time (6 or more hours per day) District employees receive the following benefits in addition to their regular pay. Medical Insurance paid by PUSD (with option to purchase for family members): Five plans to choose from four are paid fully by PUSD, valued at $10,764 per year. The fifth is a buy-up medical insurance plan.
