Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in biology or a related field. Certification: New Jersey Teacher Certification in Biological Science. Skills: Strong content knowledge of biology and related sciences. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to create and implement engaging lesson plans and activities.
Proficiency in using technology to enhance teaching and learning. Knowledge of the NJ Student Learning Standards. Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations. Experience: While not always required, teaching experience, especially at the high school level, is often preferred. Background Check: Required criminal history background check.
