IT Support Technician - Kincardine

We are looking for an IT Support Technician based out of our Kincardine office to provide end user support to employees.

Duties and Responsibilities

Provide troubleshooting support to Superheat employees Evaluate and install computer hardware, software, and operating systems Implement data, software, and hardware security procedures Be capable of performing data backups and recovery operations Collaborate with teams in testing, application, and training of personnel Produce documentation that assist others in troubleshooting Set up local area networks and internet connections Evaluate and optimize performance of our computers and network systems Create procedures and policies based on Superheat FGH requirements Maintain materials and documentation that will assist personnel in troubleshooting Create training documentation Making recommendations for changes to senior management Able to work varying shifts and an on-call rotation Act as liaison between departments to assist in resolution Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required Possess a working knowledge of Microsoft products such as Active Directory, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Office 365, and Azure.

Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Work Experience and Educational Requirements At least 1 year of experience providing computer network support Post-secondary education in a related field Network Certificates/Qualifications would be an asset Windows based Environment, Certifications are an asset Experience with Cloud services and Infrastructure would be an asset We are an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
