Real Property Control Unit Supervisor

King County’s Facilities Management Division (FMD), Real Estate Services Section (RES), is seeking a Real Property Control Unit Supervisor with a strong background in supervision and management for diverse real estate areas. This working supervisor is a county subject-matter expert, and strong skills are required in processes related to utility permits, reviews and processes requests for easements, rights-of-way construction permits, utility franchise agreements, spatial service and inventory control.
