Candidates must be available to work a variety of shifts and assignments based on operational needs. Available assignments may include: Day, swing, and graveyard shifts Weekends and holidays Driving and non-driving security posts Various client locations and patrol assignments Flex Security Guards are the backbone to ensuring full-coverage of all sites.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications Qualified candidates must possess the following: Current BSIS Guard Card Current BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit Two current non-lethal weapons permits, such as: Baton, Pepper Spray or Taser Personal firearm and required duty equipment are your responsibility, including appropriate holsters and protective gear.

Valid California Driver's License with a minimum three-year clean driving record, with no suspensions or revocations from anytime Minimum one year of experience as an Armed Security Officer High school diploma or equivalent Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening Preferred Qualifications and Skills The following qualifications and experience are highly valued: Access control experience Bilingual communication skills Strong verbal and written communication abilities Strong report-writing skills Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Reliable transportation Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment Strong observation and situational-awareness skills Ability to take initiative and respond effectively to changing circumstances Key Responsibilities As an Armed Security Officer with Patrol Solutions, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment at assigned properties and locations.

Primary responsibilities include: Conduct foot and vehicle patrols and perform routine property inspections Follow and enforce site-specific Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Monitor assigned locations and identify potential security risks or safety concerns Respond promptly and appropriately to security incidents and emergencies Prepare accurate Daily Activity Reports, Incident Reports, Maintenance Reports, and other required documentation using a smartphone or approved electronic device Maintain professional and effective communication with clients, coworkers, residents, employees, and members of the public Respond to emergency situations, including medical incidents, fires, property damage, and other safety-related events Accurately complete and maintain required timesheets for each shift worked Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality Maintain a professional appearance and comply with all uniform and equipment standards Remain alert, observant, and physically active throughout assigned shifts Make a Difference With Patrol Solutions Our security professionals play an important role in protecting people, property, and communities.
