What We Provide Our Customers We help homeowners find solutions for some of the biggest exterior needs their homes may have, including: Roofing replacement and repairs Siding replacement and upgrades Gutter solutions Exterior home improvements Free, no-obligation inspections and estimates Quality products backed by professional installation Our goal isn't simply to sell a homeowner something — it's to identify a need, educate the homeowner, and connect them with one of our Home Improvement Sales Representatives for a professional consultation.

What the Job Entails As a Canvass Field Representative , your primary responsibility is simple: Knock doors, talk to homeowners, and generate quality appointments for our in-home sales team. Your daily responsibilities will include: Going door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods Speaking directly with homeowners about their exterior home-improvement needs Building rapport and establishing trust with homeowners Asking questions to identify potential roofing, siding, gutter, and exterior-project needs Setting qualified appointments for our in-home sales representatives Accurately documenting homeowner information and appointment details Following up on appointments and maintaining accurate records Working as part of a competitive, positive, and team-oriented environment Representing Brody Allen Exteriors professionally in every neighborhood Consistently working toward daily and weekly appointment-setting goals What We're Looking For We are looking for people who are: Comfortable talking to new people Competitive and goal-oriented Energetic and positive Coachable and willing to learn Self-motivated and dependable Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods Able to handle rejection and keep moving forward Interested in building a long-term career in sales Previous sales experience is helpful, but not required.
