Job description

Role Overview We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead enterprise integration and automation initiatives with a strong emphasis on N8N-based workflow orchestration. This role focuses on delivering scalable, event-driven integrations across APIs, systems, and platforms while ensuring structured execution, release discipline, and executive visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Lead program delivery for N8N-based automation and integration initiatives Develop and manage integrated program plans, milestones, and dependencies Coordinate across engineering, product, and business teams Oversee workflow lifecycle (design, testing, deployment, monitoring) Track risks, dependencies, and delivery progress Deliver executive-level reporting and dashboards Standardize reusable workflows and governance models N8N-Specific Experience Hands-on experience with N8N or similar platforms (Workato, Zapier, Make) Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architecture Experience designing scalable automation workflows Familiarity with JSON and REST APIs Experience with workflow monitoring, retries, and error handling AI & Automation Expectations Leverage AI tools for reporting and risk analysis Identify automation opportunities across workflows Implement AI-assisted dashboards Ensure governance and security of automation solutions Requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 8+ years of Technical Program Management experience Experience with integrations, APIs, and distributed systems Strong executive communication skills Experience managing complex release cycles Proficiency with Jira, Smart sheet, or ADO
