4 FTE) Patient Coordinator in our Glencoe clinic. This position will be two days per week. Summary The Patient Coordinator is responsible for welcoming patients and visitors in a warm and friendly manner and helping to prepare for their visit. Our practice offers advancement opportunities and on-the-job training and we promote and encourage growth.

Starting pay is $20.00/hour.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organization with attention to detail. Accurate data entry. Personable and empathetic with patient’s needs and concerns. Ability to work as a team member. Respectful treatment of patients and co-workers. Composure under pressure Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required.

One year minimum experience in customer service. Experience in a medical practice is preferable.
