Pinehaven Farm is seeking enthusiastic Retail Team Members to join our seasonal team. In this role, you’ll create a welcoming shopping experience for guests while helping drive sales and maintain an organized, well-stocked retail space.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner as they enter the retail area Engage with customers by offering product knowledge and helpful suggestions Promote additional items and upsell when appropriate Restock merchandise at the beginning and end of shifts, and as needed throughout the day Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing retail displays Operate the POS system and handle cash transactions accurately Provide a high level of customer service at all times Support additional tasks as assigned by leadership Job Requirements: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment Strong communication skills and a positive, outgoing attitude Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends Retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required Age & Scheduling Note: Must be at least 15 years old Evening shifts (6:30 PM – 12:00 AM) require team members to be 18+ Benefits Include: Competitive pay with opportunities for advancement Free admission tickets to Pinehaven Farm and other events Hourly bonus program Private employee events Flexible scheduling Additional Details: Location: Wyoming, MN Employment Length: Approximately 1.
