Cleaning and setting tables to restaurant standards Deposit dishes appropriately in dish room or specified area Assist in pre bussing dirty plates while guests are still seated Stocking bussing stations Sweeping underneath and around table areas prior to guest seating Complying with sanitations standards during cleaning Clearly communicating open tables to host/hostess and managers Maintaining professional and friendly demeanor and attitude while working Be knowledgeable of food and beverages offered Know and follow the Hey Y’all
