Job Title: Desktop Support Team Lead Duration: 6 months Location: Dublin, Ireland Job description:

• Responsible for managing Activities and engineering resource.
• Reports into Delivery Manager.
• Hosts and minutes weekly meetings with the Delivery Manager to discuss progress, resource levels and engineering performance.
• Schedule engineers and have the authority to flex up and down as necessary.
• Creation of weekly/monthly reports.
• Good understanding of the programme, plan and allocate resource at least 6 weeks ahead
• Create the logistics schedule to manage supply of desktop IT equipment deliveries and
• collections, to meet pre-deployment dates.
• Act as liaison between project and BAU product sourcing team to ensure adequate stock of
• all stock items.
• Responsible for maintaining inventory for Hardware Stock purchased for the Project
• Upon receipt into the WSC. Maintain the project Stock Tracker.
• Responsible for organising packing, wrapping, and palletising of equipment for shipping or storage.
• To ensure that all decommissioned IT equipment (where appropriate) is turned around for utilisation in the shortest time frames.
• Any other reasonable task.
