Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: Holy Cross Health named Forbes America's Best Employer for Healthcare Professionals Position Summary: The Office Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the management of the day-to-day operations and prioritization of needs of each Local Health Ministry and department by ensuring a patient centered delivery of care, with a highly engaged, collaborative Physician, Nurse and support team.

The position is responsible for supporting quality, safety & risk programs, continuous improvement activities, and regulatory compliance. The role is crucial to ensure effective management and coordination of health services within Holy-Cross. Will also assist in Identifying, defining & solving complex problems that impact the management & direction of the business.

What You Will Need

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Training on how to use Automated External Defibrillator and stop the bleed kits. Experience: Minimum two (2) years’ experience in healthcare. Skill in using computer coding programs and systems is necessary. Knowledge of coding policies and procedures and reimbursement practices necessary.

Knowledge of health insurance processing and clinical policies is necessary. Skill in identifying and resolving problems necessary. Ability to prepare reports in accordance with detailed instruction is necessary. Good interpersonal skills are necessary as well as effective communication skills.
