Manage Affiliates

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Shopee’s affiliate partners — from onboarding to tracking how well they perform and keeping them engaged. Campaign Coordination
• Work with internal teams and external partners to plan and run affiliate campaigns and activities on different platforms. Performance Optimization
• Use data to evaluate how well campaigns are doing and make improvements so engagement, conversions, and return on investment (ROI) get better over time. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Collaborate with other departments — such as marketing, analytics, operations, and product — to ensure campaign goals are aligned and affiliate operations run smoothly. Market Research
• Keep up with the latest trends in influencer content, new formats, and what competitors are doing, so Shopee’s affiliate program stays innovative and effective. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field Experienced in KOL/Influencer Marketing, Key Account Management, Affiliate Marketing, or Digital Campaigns Experienced in managing relationships and running campaigns with influencers or content creators Comfortable using data and Excel/Google Sheets to drive performance decisions Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Passion for e-commerce, social media, and creator economy
