We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven Graphic Designer to join our team and create compelling product images that drive sales across Amazon and other e-commerce platforms.

About the Role

We are looking for more than someone who can create beautiful designs. We want a Graphic Designer who understands that great e-commerce design should attract customers, communicate product value, and drive sales. The ideal candidate enjoys researching products and competitors, understands customer buying behavior, and knows how to turn that research into effective designs.

We're looking for a creative problem solver who thinks outside the box, takes initiative, pays close attention to detail, and consistently looks for ways to exceed expectations. Job Type: Full-Time Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST Location: Clearwater, FL (In-Office) Key Responsibilities E-Commerce Design & Product Listings Create engaging, high-quality product listing images for Amazon and other e-commerce platforms.

Design visuals that highlight product features, benefits, and selling points to encourage purchases. Develop creative designs that help products stand out from competitors. Create digital marketing and print materials as needed. Maintain consistent branding and high design standards. Research & Creative Strategy Research competing products and top-performing Amazon listings to identify successful design approaches.

Understand customer needs, pain points, and purchasing decisions to guide design choices. Think from the customer's perspective to determine what information and visuals will drive conversions. Quality Control & Attention to Detail Thoroughly review designs for accuracy, completeness, and quality before submission. Use AI and design tools responsibly while independently verifying the accuracy and quality of final designs.

Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement Think independently and creatively to solve design challenges. Go beyond basic instructions by bringing new ideas and improvements to the table. Balance quality with speed, prioritizing timely completion over unnecessary perfectionism.

Qualifications

& Skills Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio. Experience creating Amazon or other e-commerce product listing images is strongly preferred. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, or similar software. Strong research, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Understanding of how visual design influences customer purchasing decisions.

Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills and ability to apply feedback. Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently or with a team.
