Community Lead - Lexington

Build Community. Create Connection. Grow the Brand. At JETSET Pilates, we believe community starts long before someone walks through our doors. The Community Lead is responsible for introducing JETSET to new markets, building meaningful local relationships, and creating experiences that inspire people to become part of our community.

Working alongside the General Manager, this role is the driving force behind local partnerships, community events, social media, and member engagement. From helping launch a brand-new studio to supporting its long-term growth, the Community Lead plays a key role in building awareness, generating leads, and creating an exceptional member experience.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who loves meeting people, thrives in the community, and is excited by the idea of helping build something from the ground up.
