Teacher Sped Rise

RISE is a cross-categorical program providing both academic and social and emotional support for children who are functioning below their peers in intellectual ability and adaptive behaviors that adversely affects their performance in a typical classroom setting. While children in the RISE program are provided much of their instruction in a specially design classroom, they are also provided opportunities to participate with their non-disabled peers throughout the school day based on their individual skills and needs.
