Job Role Description The Wage Employee performs assigned tasks to support daily operations in accordance with company standards, safety requirements, and quality expectations. This role may involve manual labor, equipment operation, or basic administrative duties depending on business needs.

Job Role Responsibilities Carry out assigned duties such as material handling, equipment operation, or basic maintenance tasks. Follow all safety protocols, wear required PPE, and comply with company and regulatory standards. Ensure work meets quality specifications and report any issues promptly. Complete required logs, checklists, or time records accurately.

Work effectively with supervisors and team members to meet production or service goals. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
