• Poulsbo, WA, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $22.55 - $25.85Hourly, JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Follow all PPE and safety rules and regulations as set by Watson including affected and or authorized lock out tag out procedures (based on the role flexed to) Use common hand and power tools for manufacturing activities including but not limited to cutting, grinding, drilling, cleaning, measuring, inspecting, assembling, etc Meet or exceed productivity expectations as assigned by production leadership. Examine products to verify compliance to quality standards. Communicate with other employees and management to avoid any mistakes and/or to address recommendations for improvement. Follow safety requirements and maintain a clean and organized work area. All responsibilities as listed in machine operator, technical machine operation, production team member I and II, welder, powder coating, material handling I and II job descriptions as aligned with the role covered. All other responsibilities within reason as assigned by production leadership.

Qualifications

JOB KNOWLEDGE: Manufacturing experience required How to work in a required sequence to ensure alignment of the production schedule. Is expected to have proficiency in multiple positions including but not limited to; machine operation, technical machine operation, production team member I and II, welder, powder coating, material handling I and II All other procedures and policies as assigned by production leadership WHO YOU ARE: Someone who enjoys variation in work Someone who operates with a high degree of kindness, humility, and respect for others.
