Director of Estimating

This Director of Estimating provides technical and strategic direction for estimating, project capture, and ultimately taking a project from Business development to contract. This position has the responsibility to act as an expert on estimating methods, procedures, systems, and the development of historical information.

The Director is also responsible for developing the department budget and staffing to meet business plan needs. As a leadership role, this position requires mentoring less experienced estimators and promoting innovation, creativity, benchmarking, and problem solving.
