Industry: Behavioral Health / ABA / Autism Services Location: Van Nuys, CA 91405 - In-Home Services Work Arrangement: In-Person / In-Home Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour Employment Type: Part-Time Schedule: Flexible afternoons, evenings, and weekends About the Opportunity Noble Hearts HR Consulting & Staffing is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians for a client with over 18 years of experience providing ABA services to children with Autism and developmental disabilities. No prior ABA experience required - paid training provided!

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, in-home ABA therapy to children and adolescents.
• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Help develop communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect behavioral data and document client progress.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support treatment goals.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children with Autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication, patience, and reliability.
• Ability to travel to clients' homes.
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, or weekends.
• No ABA experience required; training provided.
• RBT certification or experience in childcare, education, or behavioral health is a plus.
