Human Resources Business Partner (On Site)

The HR Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, with responsibility for employee relations, leadership development, and strategic HR initiatives. This role partners with leaders to address workplace concerns, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and ensure the consistent application of organizational policies and practices.

The position provides guidance on performance management, employee engagement, conflict resolution, corrective action, and organizational change. The HR Business Partner also leads or supports leadership development programs and cross-functional HR projects that enhance operational effectiveness, improve the employee experience, and advance Ranken Jordan's mission, culture, and strategic priorities.
