Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Execute regional B2C acquisition and engagement strategies across retail and Ho. Re. Ca channels through third-party teams. Lead, coach and monitor B2C Activators and Ho. Re. Ca sales teams, ensuring high performance and excellent consumer experience. Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, shop assistants and B2B representatives to support business growth. Translate strategic priorities into effective field activities, adapting plans to local market needs and driving operational excellence. Track territory performance against KPIs, identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions when needed. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure teams have the tools, training and resources required for successful execution. Drive recruitment, onboarding, development and coaching initiatives for field teams. Ensure compliance with PMI policies, legal requirements and safety standards while promoting responsible consumer engagement.
