Cleaning Manager – Llandrindod Wells Location: Tesco, Waterloo Road, Llandrindod Wells, LD1 6BH Pay: £15.00 per hour Hours: 30 hours per week Working Pattern: Monday to Saturday, 7:00am – 12:00pm We are a leading UK-wide facilities management company looking for an experienced and motivated Cleaning Manager to lead our cleaning operation at Tesco in Llandrindod Wells.

This is a hands-on management role where you will be responsible for delivering high cleaning standards, leading and supporting your team, and ensuring the site consistently meets both client and company expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, motivate, and support the on-site cleaning team. Ensure all cleaning duties are completed to the highest standards. Carry out regular quality audits and maintain compliance with health and safety procedures. Manage staff rotas, attendance, training, and performance. Monitor and order cleaning materials and consumables.

Build and maintain a positive working relationship with the client. Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed.

Previous experience in a cleaning management or supervisory role. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
