They consult with families, explain available options, and help them choose the plan that best fits their needs. Successful reps are great communicators who are ambitious, motivated, and organized.

Job Requirements: Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the plans we offer Schedule virtual meetings with these individuals Customize new plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients Perform reviews for existing clients, as well as help with any necessary claims or adjustments Provide attentive customer service and any necessary administrative support Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete, and perform any necessary updates on schedule Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Hearing insurance Company stock options offered Performance-based bonuses Comprehensive paid training program Flexible work schedule with the ability to work from home Average first-year earnings range from $70,000 to $75,000 through a competitive commission-based pay structure and performance bonuses.
