Assistant Facilitator

Assistant Facilitator – Luxury Lodge | Thabazimbi, Limpopo Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a motivated and organised Assistant Facilitator to join a prestigious luxury lodge in Thabazimbi, Limpopo. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who enjoys supporting training initiatives, developing team members and helping maintain exceptional service standards within a luxury lodge environment.

Key responsibilities

Assist with the planning, coordination and delivery of staff training programmes. Support the facilitation of training sessions to ensure employees understand operational procedures and service expectations. Assist with onboarding and the induction of new team members. Monitor staff progress and provide feedback to support continuous development.

Help maintain training materials, attendance registers and employee development records. Work closely with management and departmental teams to identify training needs. Encourage a positive learning environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism and service excellence. Support the implementation of consistent luxury hospitality standards across the lodge.

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality, staff training or a facilitation role. A strong understanding of luxury lodge operations and guest service standards would be advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. A proactive, approachable and professional attitude.

The ability to work well within a team and engage confidently with employees at different levels. A genuine passion for training, mentoring and staff development.
