Blue Hill Country Club located in Canton, Massachusetts, has full-time and part-time seasonal positions available on the Golf Course Maintenance Crew. Blue Hill Country Club has 27 holes, including an 18-hole championship course, a 9-hole challenger course, and a practice facility with a driving range. The Club is owned and managed by Concert Golf Partners which currently owns 31 properties nationwide.

Requirements

include a valid driver's license, high school diploma or equivalent, time management skills, and the ability to work well independently and on a team. Prior experience is not essential as we can provide on-the-job training. Candidates must be available during weekday and weekend hours. We have Full-Time Seasonal and Part-time positions available from April through November.

Job Duties Will Include: Operation of some motorized equipment such as string trimmers, blowers, walk-behind mowers, etc. Mowing of greens, tees, approaches, and rough with ride-on or walk-behind mowers. Maintenance of all sand bunkers. Must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time. Occasionally lift things over 50 lbs.

Must be willing to work in all weather conditions - rain or shine. Must be able to follow written and oral instructions. Typical hours of operation are from 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Monday-Friday and from 6 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. on Saturday or Sunday. Competitive hourly rate depending on experience and education.
