ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Giving guests knowledgeable information on Hotel products and services and executing all guests’ requests. Make bookings, reservations and other requests for guests on and off property. Act as an ambassador for the guest services department. Guide and direct guests of the property in a professional and courteous manner.

Perform other duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent education required and minimum experience in a four star/four Diamond hotel guest services department. Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS : Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Must possess strong mathematical skills specific to position responsibilities.

PAY RANGE

$14 - $19/Hourly
