Job Overview: Job Summary** The Civil Craft position at Primoris Services Corporation involves performing a variety of construction and maintenance tasks related to civil infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project specifications. Job Responsibilities** * Execute general labor tasks, including site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation as directed.

Assist skilled craft workers in various civil construction activities, such as excavation, trenching, grading, concrete pouring, and pipe laying. * Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently for assigned tasks. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper disposal of debris and waste materials.

Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). * Follow instructions from supervisors and foremen to ensure timely and accurate completion of work. * Perform routine inspection and maintenance of tools and equipment. * Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project progress and potential issues.

Participate in daily safety briefings and contribute to a safe working culture. Job Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent preferred. * Prior experience in civil construction or general labor roles is a plus. * Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions. * Knowledge of basic construction tools and equipment.

Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions. * Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime, as required by project demands. * Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
