Opportunity Accelerator Intake and Assessment Specialist - Campus

The entry-level, hourly position of Intake and Assessment Specialist is responsible for ensuring all eligibility and qualifying paperwork are in the participants’ files before entering the Program, training, and/or job placement. Additionally, this position will administer assessments and begin discussions with participants about personalized training plans.

This position is required to meet the monthly enrollment goals of 25 clients, complete retention and benefits follow-up, and work closely alongside the Employment Specialist/Case Manager. Involves heavy phone, client interaction, and computer usage.
