Stamping Press Operator Position

• Weekend Shift (Sun, Fri., Sat. 5:00 am - 5:30 pm) Weekend Shift premium added on top of base pay. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES Set ups, adjusts and operates stamping press machines to produce parts in accordance with specifications. Sets, aligns and secures dies, sets ram stroke, etc. to perform such operations as punching, shearing, blanking, and forming. Responsible for setting up progressive stamping tools including the feeder. Use of overhead hoist to load coils. Works with minimal supervision. Responsible for general maintenance of equipment. Responsible for housekeeping of work area. This job description reflects the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this position. QUALIFICATIONS

High school level education or equivalent and specialized training which may be obtained in vocational courses or on the job. Basic math knowledge. Ability to read blueprints. Understanding of basic computer PC. Able to read and interpret instructions in English. Must be willing to work overtime. PHYSCIAL DEMANDS Ability to lift 50lbs with or without accommodations.

Ability to stand for 12 hour shift (with breaks). Who is NIC Global?
