You’ll be the first smile our customers see and the first helpful voice they hear. If you love people, cars, and keeping a dozen plates spinning at once without breaking a sweat, you’re going to fit right in. What You’ll Actually Be Doing: Being the Ultimate Host: Roll out the red carpet (figuratively) for every visitor.

Whether they’re here for a shiny new Tahoe or an oil change, make them feel like VIPs. Air Traffic Control: Manage a multi-line phone system like a pro. You’ll be routing calls to the right experts faster than a Corvette goes 0-60. The Hub of Info: Stay in the loop on our latest inventory and deals so you can point customers in the right direction.

Chaos Coordinator: Keep the lobby looking sharp, handle the paperwork, and support our sales and service teams whenever they need a hand. Problem Solver: Turn "I’m not sure who to talk to" into "I’ve got exactly the right person for you!" Who You Are: A People Person: You’ve never met a stranger, and your "customer service voice" is natural, not scripted.

The Master of Multitasking: You can answer a phone, greet a walk-in, and organize a stack of files all at once (and make it look easy). Tech-Savvy-ish: You’re comfortable with the basics (Microsoft Office, email) and can learn our dealership software quickly. Reliable & Positive: You show up with a great attitude and a "we’ve got this" mentality.
