The Lead Quality Process Engineer – Aerospace Shot Peening provides technical leadership and process oversight for all shot peening operations, including Automated, Manual, Shot Peen Forming, and Tumble Peening. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with NADCAP, AS9100, customer specifications, and OEM requirements.
