Dealership Entry-Level Sales Associate - Salem Ford

Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Prepare sold vehicles for delivery Ensure all “we owe” items are complete prior to delivery Inspect vehicle cleanliness and defects or damage Fuel/Charge vehicles Ensure temporary plates and inspection stickers are installed Activate and connect remote vehicle services upon delivery Remove license plates from trade-ins Review pertinent features with customers at time of delivery Manage inventory placement, grouping, spacing and cleanliness Prepare and apply stock tags on vehicles and keys Program keys into Key.

Track system Complete OEM certification and training Learn CRM and other applications Assist with day-to-day activities as needed Qualifications: Ability and eagerness to learn and demonstrate vehicle features Great attitude and ability to take direction Professional personal appearance and excellent verbal and written communication skills Consistent and solid work history and/or a recent grad valid driver's license and clean driving record Benefits: Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401K Plan + Match Paid time off and vacation Short/Long Term Disability/Flex/Life Growth opportunities and training Salary pay structure
