Team Lead

The Technician Team Lead is responsible for leading and supporting the daily operations of the Wheel & Brake and Starter/Generator shops. This position serves as a working leader who assigns and monitors work, supports and trains technicians, maintains workflow, and ensures all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with FAA Part 145 regulations, manufacturer specifications, and company quality standards.

The Team Lead will also perform hands-on inspection, repair, overhaul, and testing of aircraft components while providing technical guidance and support to the team.
