Crane Operator / Material Handler

They move material using forklifts and overhead cranes. They also assist in putting remnants back into inventory. The job involves general housekeeping, recording of inventory, shop organization and cleanliness.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in the movement of slab material in and out of inventory Keeping area clean and organized Accomplishes production results by working with the material handling team Participate in production studies and improvements to improve efficiency Compliance with organizational policies and procedures, including code of conduct and attendance policy Other job duties required by Management MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma or higher Ability to use measuring tools and read a tape measure Be able to decipher color variations in stone material Excellent communication skills Work well in a manufacturing teamwork environment Good math skills PREFERRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS 1-3 Year experience at Lakeside Surfaces, Inc.
