Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our first agency opened in 2004, and we’ve since grown to two office locations with a strong team of 13 members. I’ve been with State Farm since 1994 and held several roles along the way, including Sales Leader, which has helped shape the way I lead and support my team today. I’m a graduate of the University of South Carolina, married with four children, and I enjoy spending time on the water, golfing, and traveling.

Family and community are both very important to me, and that carries over into the way our agency operates. We take pride in being highly involved in the local community, supporting schools through donations and participating in philanthropic efforts whenever we can. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
