The Network Support Technician, reporting to the Director of Technical Services, implements and manages the enterprise-wide network infrastructure including but not limited to LAN, WAN, Internet/Intranet, connectivity, network addressing, proxy services, remote connectivity, firewalls, virtual private networking and network security.
This individual assists the IT Network Engineer in monitoring and maintaining the network and associated hardware and infrastructure. This individual assists with other information technology projects as required.
