Parts & Service Support Representative

FS Solutions, a subsidiary of Federal Signal Corporation, has nearly 100 years of experience in the markets of industrial vacuum loading, vacuum excavation, vacuum trucks, and industrial high-pressure water-blasting.

Reporting to the Location Manager, the Parts & Service Support Tech (Streator, IL) will assist with the daily operations of our service, rentals and shipping and receiving departments. They must have the ability to work autonomously, interact effectively with customers, and possess the skills to use applicable software and/or systems. This individual must have strong organizational, shipping & receiving, computer, and systems management skills.
