Sales Support Associate Day-to-Day (tasks can vary by team need): Provide administrative support to Inside Sales and Customer Service Representatives Identify and contact sales prospects within the assigned accounts using outbound calling Update ERP with proposal/bid information Use Salesforce to document leads and report sales Track and trace orders for sales team and customers Continuous online training with Original Equipment Manufacturers Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field sales and trade show activity Set appointments with key customers and OEM’s for Field partner Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge Other duties as assigned What you Bring to the Table You are an effective communicator, both written and verbal You have excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills and are able to work successfully with cross-functional teams – outgoing and friendly You are resourceful and have strong problem-solving skills You are service-oriented and responsive to internal and external customer's requests with appropriate level of urgency Be reliable and able to work 10 hours a week What You Will Need to be Successful High School Diploma Strong desire to learn Residence within a SBA Certified HUBZone for the last 6 months and not planning to move Government Acquisitions LLC.
