What You'll Do

Provide quality nursing care to residents Monitor resident conditions and assist with care planning Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams Build positive relationships with residents and families Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance What You'll Need Required: Current Illinois LPN License Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care experience Preferred: Previous nursing experience Strong communication and clinical skills Pay & Compensation Benefit-Eligible Full-Time & Part-Time: $30.
