Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated Regional Lead Producer to lead the live service and content creation strategy for our unannounced 3A sports online game China version.
Our studio develops vibrant, realistic sports games that provide players with thrilling experiences, establishing us as a representative leader in global online sports game development. While this role focuses entirely on live service operations, commercial strategy, and ongoing content creation rather than core feature or gameplay development, it is vital to tailoring our game to the Chinese market, this role merges live operations leadership with rigorous monetization and content strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Live Service & Content Strategy: Establish and execute the content and monetization strategy specifically for the China version live services. Hyperculturalization & Item Configuration: Lead the configuration of localized paid items and content tailored for the Chinese market. Stakeholder Communication: Play a proactive role in communicating with all internal stakeholders and external partners needed for seamless live service operation.
Data-Driven Reporting: Conduct comprehensive business data analysis and generate KPI reports on a regular and irregular cadence to inform content decisions. Market Advocacy: Lead in presenting internal and external perspectives grounded in a deep, comprehensive understanding of the game and its live environment.
Qualifications
& Requirements: Experience: 7+ years of proven experience in game live services. Industry Knowledge: A high-level understanding of the overall game market, game business, and game service processes. Analytical Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in business data analysis and reporting capabilities. Soft Skills: Smooth communication skills and strong collaboration abilities.
Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of, and a strong passion for sports games.
Preferred Skills
Fluent proficiency in Chinese and English. Direct player experience with our online sports titles. Prior experience serving as a people manager or working directly within a game development team.
