Your role

is to design solutions to real market problems. You work closely with Solution and Marketing Managers, as well as with Technical Leads and Software Engineers to develop new product offerings and improve existing ones. Responsibilities

Set technology & architecture direction for the product support project teams in defining an architecture that: Is coherent with our existing products technology stack and requirements Accelerates our products consolidation Review changes that have major impact on existing product Insure that the best practices are followed in development of products Insure training material is available for the products you are in charge of Collaborate on designs with software engineers Accountable that product designs align with the architectural direction of your product Identifying business requirements and requirements of the stakeholders on the project.

Competency Communication Understand stakeholder needs Understanding the business/domain Work with the development teams to make sure the target is met Provide technical expertise Leadership Engage the teams and build passion for the vision Demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement - for self and team Be open minded, innovative, and creative Requirements Education/Experience Bachelor's or computer science or related field At least 3+ years experience leading large design efforts and coordinating project teams At least 3+ years experience in architecture and/or implementing highly available software systems Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Mastery of user interaction design skills Ability to communicate design rationale and build consensus Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment Ability to develop new approaches to complex design problems Must be organized, have an eye for detail, and be able to put ideas into a tangible form Familiarity with the Windows and/or Macintosh Human Interface Guidelines a plus Computer Skills Developed solutions using XML technologies such as XSLT, XSL-FO, XPath, XQuery Experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, Spring Data, Docker, relational databases.
