As a Reservation & Ticketing Agent at the Airport, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations at your assigned station, ensuring the highest standards of passenger, freight and mail handling in line with Ethiopian Airlines' policies and procedures. Tasks: Supervise and coordinate all station operations including passenger check-in, ramp handling and freight processing Ensure on-time performance and efficient flight coordination Manage catering quality, quantity and invoicing, including periodic audits of catering providers Monitor and report ULD inventory in line with IATA standards Handle lost baggage and freight tracing and escalation Ensure full compliance with aviation safety, security and brand standards Build and maintain relationships with government authorities, ground handlers and key clients Promote freight and mail business opportunities at station level A valid work permit for Austria is required Profile: Degree or diploma in Aviation Management, Tourism, Business Administration or a related field 1–2 years of experience in airport operations, ground handling or airline services Strong knowledge of IATA procedures and aviation safety regulations Proven customer service skills with the ability to handle passenger-facing situations professionally, calmly and with a solution-oriented mindset Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail Fluent in English; Amharic language is an advantage Willingness to work in a shift-based, dynamic operational environment Why AVIAREPS: Join a global network with over 70 offices in more than 60 countries and bring your strengths to an international, dynamic environment.
