Lead Software Engineer

Luck Stone's IT team is looking to hire a Lead Software Engineer to design, develop, and ensure the long-term viability of custom technology solutions across the Luck Stone business unit. This role works at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution — collaborating closely with business teams to understand what they need, and with technology staff and partners to engineer solutions that are secure, scalable, and built to last.

From custom web and mobile applications to data integration and middleware, this role shapes how technology moves our business forward. At Luck Stone, the solutions we engineer directly impact how our people work and how we serve our customers.
